We are expanding and strengthening our position in the Swedish and European markets. Therefore, we need to grow our team and are now looking for a creative and experienced product developer.

In this role, you will develop customized products with our key customers. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy customer-focused development projects, this could be the right role for you!

You will be part of our product development and quality team and report to our Head of Product Development.

The position generally involves:

· Developing new bakery products within our categories

· Developing and baking new applications that can be applied at customer sites

· Baking for workshops – both internally and externally

· Assisting at customer meetings and trade shows together with the Sales and Marketing team

· Baking at customer locations

· The position requires travel both within Sweden and Europe

Your profile

· You have extensive experience in the bakery and pastry profession

· Strong ability to be creative and create new recipes and applications that stand out

· In-depth knowledge of raw materials, including their properties, risks, and safety aspects

· Ability to understand and document customer needs

· Experienced in giving presentations and training others, both in one-on-one meetings and larger group settings

· Good ability to collaborate with others and contribute to a positive and creative work environment

· Computer literate and well-versed in the Office suite

· Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

· As a person, you are driven, self-sufficient, and meticulous with a positive and unpretentious attitude

· A post-secondary education in food science is an advantage, but a minimum of 3 years of experience in a product development role within the bakery/pastry industry is required.
